As founder of this company, I wanted to establish a technical support structure that puts the customer and small business first and not their bank account. I have seen many of my clients coming to me upset about the amount that they were charged at other places (larger franchise corporations) including service fees that never seem to make any sense. Many companies charge you just to look at the computer without ever fixing it. If we can't fix it, we can't charge you. Luckily we have been able to fix all issues that have come our way but that motto still holds strong. Our top priority is customer satisfaction and ensuring that they are pleased not only with the results but with how much money they saved.
Technology has always been a passion of mine growing up so in parallel I put in all of my passion into my work and go the extra steps to ensure you get the best deal that fits what you are trying to accomplish.
